Is this the Issue the Law Cannot Remedy?
Are there no Rational Solutions Satisfactory to Anyone?
presented by
Anthony D. Weber, Esq.
Mr. Anthony Weber will probe the Heller (2009) and McDonald (2010) decisions by the United States Supreme Court, review the constitutional standards of review regarding the issue of firearms, provide an overview of the dynamics of firearms and power in the United States and explain the panoply of firearms regulations in America. The future of America with firearm control will be discussed. Additionally, Sheriff Stan Sniff of the Riverside County Sheriffs Department, or his designee, and local gun experts will be in attendance. A wide range of firearms will be available for your evaluation.
Mr. Weber practices constitutional, employment, real estate, business, probate and firearms law in Pasadena and Palm Desert. In addition, he served for fifteen years as an Administrative Law Judge for the Internal Affairs Group of the Los Angeles Police Dept., during which time he judged the so-called "Rampart Scandal" and the termination hearing of Officer Raphael Perez. Today, a fair portion of Mr. Weber's work concerns the representation of gun stores and individuals challenging gun ordinances.
